COACCH (CO-designing the Assessment of Climate CHange Costs) is an innovative research project that brings together leading climate science experts from 13 European research organizations. The project's primary goal is to advance knowledge about the effects of climate change and related policies. To achieve this objective, the project recognizes the importance of involving stakeholders from various interest groups, including business, industry, research, and public authorities. To facilitate this involvement, a conceptual framework was developed, consisting of three key steps: Co-design, co-production, and co-delivery. The COACCH project focuses on enhancing the development and implementation of research through this innovative conceptual approach.
In support of this conceptual framework, the design of infographics aims to clarify key aspects of the concept (refer to the visuals below). Additional design tasks, such as creating the policy brief titled "Co-creating Research: Best Practice Guidelines" or designing icons to highlight general survey statements (scroll up), intend to visually enhance the project. The design aligns with the corporate identity of the project. All designs for this project were developed in close collaboration with two scientists affiliated with the COACCH project at the Ecologic Institute.
